1. After I’ve joined what should I expect?
As soon as you’ve chosen a plan and checked out, you’ll get a welcome email with a unique email address to use for your support requests. When you send us a question, you’ll receive a thoughtful, step-by-step response within one business day (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST). Our goal is to make every answer clear, kind, and easy to follow.
2. Will you email or call me?
We always start with email to resolve issues quickly. If you’re subscribed to the Buddy or Premium Plan and your issue isn’t fully resolved, we’ll schedule a follow-up call. Every answer comes from a real U.S.-based expert.
3. What if your team can’t fix an issue?
We’re here to make technology simple and stress-free—helping with setup, troubleshooting, and everyday use of your devices. We don’t handle banking logins, medical advice, or broken hardware. Sometimes an issue may need a solution beyond our service—but we’ll always point you in the right direction. Since all plans are month-to-month, you can cancel anytime if it’s not the right fit. Our goal is to be a membership you love.

How long are support calls?
If an issue can’t be solved by email, we’ll schedule a call (Buddy Plan: up to 15 minutes, Premium Plan: up to 25 minutes). Each support request includes a total of one call. If time runs out, we’ll make sure you feel fully supported with clear follow-up emails.
Do I need to download any apps or do anything additional?
No. Just email us your question—we’ll reply within one business day. No extra downloads, no complicated steps.
How do I find out about upcoming webinars?
Members get email updates about upcoming webinars on topics like cybersecurity and new technology. Each email includes a direct link to join. We always leave time for your questions!
If I no longer need the service, can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel anytime—no long-term commitment. If you’ve already used support during your current billing cycle, that month’s fee still applies, but you won’t be billed again after cancellation. This keeps things fair for everyone. We’ll be here whenever you need us again.
